Stance was launched in 2009 in San Clemente California and was born out of the idea to bring some variety to the then prevailing monotonous sock range on the market. Not only in the matter of style and color combinations, but also in terms of quality and functionality, Stance Socks set new standards. Material selection, features and designs were adapted to the special needs of athletes. Due to the quality of the products, Stance was able to quickly build up a worldwide customer base and is now the first choice of many pro skateboarders when it comes to socks.
Stance was the first brand ever to introduce specially designed socks for skateboarding to the market, which were then co-developed by the team around Andrew Reynolds, Nyjah Huston, Lizard King and Ishod Wair. In addition to the breathable mesh material that is processed in all models of the skate line, Stance socks are reinforced in both the heel and toe areas to prevent rapid abrasion. The Stance Pipe Bomb models also feature special padding in the heel area and shin protection. These socks are slightly higher to provide optimal protection for the shin. Stance Socks' Classic Crew models are for those who prefer optimal performance with a classic look. Breathable, durable and well-cushioned, they are the perfect socks for any skate session.
In addition to the skate models, Stance also always releases collaborations with different artists and brands. Since the various socks often differ fundamentally in their performance, it is recommended to read the product description before buying.
