The first Vienna City Gnarathon took place on June 3, 2023. There has never been an event like this in Vienna and logically we were there live from start to finish.

The whole event was organized by the Skateboard Club Vienna, under the guidance of Gnarathon inventor and mastermind Paul Labadie.

A bit like the legendary CPH Pro, the Copenhagen Open, there were 3 spots at the Gnarathon, spread across the city, which were provided with creative obstacles with the help of Spoff Parks.

Each of the 3 spots was realized with the help of one of the main sponsors, Vans, Independent and Carhartt.

The organizers paid particular attention to creating an inclusive event and, with the help of Brav and Dolores Magazine, separate Flinta sessions were organized before each main event.

Here is the official video for the event Vanessa Konte, Chris Pfanner, Maité Steenhoudt, Eetu Toropainen, Mika Germond, Roxana Botu, Leticia Nogueira, Julia Placek, Tobias Schmidt, Aimé, Justin Sommer, Pietro Tirelli, Marco Kada, Lenni Pfeiffer, Jan Hirt, Santino Exenberger, Amélien Foures, Martino Cattaneo, Jojo Hermann, Ekati Levtonova, Patric Wolf, Marcel Rieger, Jordan Thackeray, Antonio Pekovic, Fabian Seraji, Dustin Vonach, Nassim Lachhab, Willow Voges Fernandes, Benjamin Ostwald, Schianta Lepori, Livio Tomassetti, Ben Leuthner, Anna Plewa, and many more...
