We always try to offer you the best products at the best prices. Due to this and the fact that we are a very small (skater owned & operated) store, it is unfortunately not possible for us to offer general free return shipping. We ask for your understanding! Nevertheless, we also understand that sometimes something does not fit and therefore must be exchanged or returned. So we are happy to be able to offer our customers from Germany and Austria (for the time being) an inexpensive and as environmentally neutral as possible return shipping option.

As soon as your return or exchange is registered (please use the form below), you can use the buttons further below to create a return label and drop off the package at a post office of your choice. Once we receive the shipment, we will refund you the purchase amount of the returned products, minus a flat rate return fee of 4.99 EUR, to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

If you wish to exchange a product for another in-stock product, we will cover the cost of your first return label as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item (for items with a value of 40 Euros or more).

Of course, you always have the option to send the package yourself (without using a return label from us) to our address (Freedom Skateshop, Zieglergasse 28, 1070 Vienna, Austria) as well as to return or exchange it free of charge in our store.
