Shipping policy
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard shipping
The standard shipping is handled by the Austrian Post.
COSTS:
AT: Free shipping from 40 Euro order value; below 4,99 EUR
DE: Free shipping from 40 Euro order value; below 4,99 EUR
EU: Within the European Union we ship free of charge from an order value of 70 Euro, below that we charge a flat rate of 9,99 EUR.
RoW: To all countries outside the EU, we ship free of charge from an order value of 150 Euro. For all orders with a lower value of goods we charge a flat rate of 14,99 EUR.
PARCEL RUNTIME*:
AT: 1-2 working days
DE: 2-3 working days
EU: 2-3 working days
Rest of the World: 2-10 working days
PARCEL TRACKING:
You can track your package at any time using parcel tracking. You will receive your shipment number and the corresponding link together with the shipping confirmation by e-mail.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
Austrian Postal Service
If nobody is found at the given address, the post will leave a notification and the package will be stored at the nearest post office, where it will be ready for collection for about 1 week.
DHL / German Post
Packages, which are sent by us with the Austrian postal service, are delivered by DHL in Germany.
The delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday. If no one was available at the given address twice, the package will be stored at the nearest post office, where it will be ready for pickup for about 1 week.
*Time the parcel service usually needs for delivery after the order has been shipped.
Express shipping
Express shipping is handled by DHL Express or FedEx Express.

Rest of the World: 24,99 EUR

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
We make every effort to ship every order on the same day, which we received by 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday. This does not apply on public holidays or when paying in advance (prepayment).
PARCEL TRACKING:
You can track your parcel at any time using parcel tracking. You will receive your shipment number and the corresponding link by e-mail.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
As soon as your parcel has been handed over to carrier, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the expected delivery date. If you are not at home, the carrier offers you the opportunity to change the delivery date and location for the package.

Pick up at the shop in Vienna
You can also pick up your order in our store by simply choosing "Store Pickup Vienna" when selecting the shipping method in the checkout process. As soon as your ordered goods are ready for pickup in the store, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
