We always strive to offer you the best products at the best prices. Because of this, and because we’re a very small, skater-owned and operated shop, we unfortunately can’t offer free return shipping. Thank you for your understanding! That said, we know that sometimes things don’t fit and need to be exchanged or sent back.

Please send your return to:

Freedom Skateshop
Zieglergasse 28
1070 Vienna, Austria

Once the return package arrives, we will refund you the amount of your product(s) back to the payment method you used.

Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your package back or exchange it for free at our store (Freedom Skateshop, Zieglergasse 28, 1070 Vienna, Austria).

If you have any further questions, feel free to get in touch via our contact form or by phone at +43 676 3331123.
